Please read and agree to the following terms before our affiliate partner, CandidateSide, begins applying for jobs on your behalf:

Trial Period

The trial period ends after CandidateSide secures your first interview or submits your profile to 200 jobs. If the trial is successful, they will offer you a full client agreement, which you can choose to accept or decline.

Trial Terms

• You grant CandidateSide permission to create and share an email address on your behalf, to which you will have access.

• You authorize CandidateSide to act as your RTR and apply for jobs on your behalf, but only after you have reviewed and approved the specific positions, taking into account the following:

  • Locations

  • Benefits

  • Compensation

  • Company Culture

  • Required Skills and Experience

  • Job Responsibilities

  • Career Growth Opportunities

  • Work-Life Balance Considerations

• The trial requires a $100 upfront fee, which covers resume improvements, 200 job applications, and targeted job market research.

• You may cancel the trial at any time, for any reason, and receive a 100% refund.

• If you accept a job that CandidateSide applied for on your behalf, you agree to a 5% placement fee, calculated based on your first year's annual salary. This fee is payable within 5 months of starting the position.
